Real Estate Feature Sheets Printing

Create real estate marketing materials that are as elegant as the properties listed

Add Your Heading Text Here

Real estate feature sheets, also known as listing flyers, are marketing materials real estate agents and homeowners use to showcase a property for sale. These sheets are typically designed to provide potential buyers with essential information about the property and highlight its key features and characteristics.  They are not one-size-fits-all; every home is unique, and you would benefit from having a personalized brochure or flyer for each property.

Feature sheets offer detailed information, visual appeal, and a professional presentation to potential buyers. They’re a basic form of marketing that generates interest and influences sales.

Be sure to print on high-quality materials – ideally a thick, coated text or cover stock – and in full colour for the best results!

What kinds of feature sheets can you print?

Color-Right-Now-Flyers-2

Flyers

These are reasonably basic marketing materials: simple 8.5 x 11 inch sheets printed on a coated text stock. These are an excellent place to start if you’re new to making feature sheets, or marketing in general. They’re a straightforward product that’s easy to distribute.

Folded Brochures

Ideal for larger homes, or homes with more photos, details, and features to cover. Multiple pages give you more real estate to work with. Much like the flyers, they’re lightweight, and easy to hand out.

What are the benefits to feature sheets?

Professional Presentation

Feature sheets are designed to look polished and professional, helping to create a positive first impression of the property. They convey a sense of quality and attention to detail, which can attract potential buyers.

Detailed Information

Feature sheets provide detailed information about the property, including its specifications, such as square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, amenities, and any recent renovations or upgrades.

Visual Appeal

Feature sheets include high-quality photos of the property, making it visually appealing. Good photos can significantly increase a property’s attractiveness and generate more interest from potential buyers.

What sort of information should go on feature sheets?

  • Visuals and Graphics: Many people are visual learners and would benefit from seeing high-quality photographs of the property. A picture is worth a thousand words; many people would rather look at properties than read about them. Having high-quality photographs of the interiors and exteriors is ideal, but you would benefit from including floorplans, and pictures of the surrounding community.

  • Key Features: Why should someone consider purchasing a home? Is the location ideal? What’s the square footage? How many bedrooms and bathrooms does it have? You should have a list of key features somewhere in the feature sheets, highlighting all the benefits and amenities the property offers, including the square footage, number of bedrooms, and key features, such as gardens or patios.

  • Contact Information: The contact information of the listing agent or real estate agency should be placed in a prominent location; ideally, at the front of the feature sheet. This should include phone numbers and email addresses, so prospective buyers have a straightforward means of contacting your team.
