Canmore Crux

The Canmore Crux is back up and racing and Color Right Now is racing along with you as a key supplier of racing bibs, bike plates, banners, signs, flags, tear drop flags, course markers & backdrops for Calgary marathons as well as marathons all over Canada.

The Canmore Crux Gravel Bike Race will take place in the Canadian Rockies this coming September! What better way to finish off your season that with a fun and unique race at one of Canada’s crown jewels! We are excited to work with the Canmore Nordic Center to bring a new event.

We are also excited to bring a stand along Gravel Bike Event to the CRUX on Saturday! Our original plan for this season was to hold a 2 day triathlon inspired stage race to Canmore. However after a few obstacles – we have worked to instead alter the event and create a gravel bike/ mountain bike friendly 1 day event in its place. A top 5 overall podium will be awarded to gravel participants…

We encourage our participants to spend the weekend (outside of the race) exploring Canmore and Banff and all the Bow Valley has to offer. Many campsites are still available within a 20 minute drive of the race venue- and a number of hotel rentals are available at a fair rate. We have also conveniently arranged for a 9:00am start in order to let athletes based in Calgary to drive up “morning of”. We strive to make this event a unique, friendly weekend where you can connect with your friends and family after the event and participate in an inspiring, grassroots event for an affordable cost.
